  The painting represents a heavily polluted industrial area in the city of Zaporizhya, Ukraine. The ecological problem is frequent in Ukraine with many regions suffering from pollution. The bright artificial colors stress the idea and create the composition in contrast with the blueish smoke. Artwork for sale.

"Uckange. Renovated Grounds.", 2016, oil on canvas, 50 x 70 cm.

    The painting represents a park called Jardin des Traces in Uckange, it is a renovated terrain that remained after closing a factory in the vicinity. The factory remains, left as a sort of a historic monument, and the bright colors of the grasses and trees of the park make a great contrast with its architecture.

"Ukraine. Mariupol. Industry.", 2015, oil on canvas, 50 x 70 cm.

    A work opening the series dedicated to the tendencies and events of contemporary Ukraine. The painting shows a view of the industrial town of Mariupol located in the unoccupied zone of Donbass, however under constant threat. The heavy industrial pollution merges with the bright colors of nature creating a specific scene characteristic for the town.

This work shows a landscape of my native town of Mariupol. The scene contains a factory with much colorful smoke and a meadow with flowers. This work has been created for an art contest on the subject of metallurgy and industry. However, it wasn't chosen because of realistic showing the way of industry spoiling environment.
