     The artwork represents the threat of war and Russian invasion to the city of Mariupol, an industrial center with a heavy ecological situation. The threat is represented by a Russian tank that fires on the civil buildings.The composition has several grounds, the smoke of the war mixing with the smoke of industry guides the eye.

"Ukraine. Mariupol. Industry.", 2015, oil on canvas, 50 x 70 cm.

    A work opening the series dedicated to the tendencies and events of contemporary Ukraine. The painting shows a view of the industrial town of Mariupol located in the unoccupied zone of Donbass, however under constant threat. The heavy industrial pollution merges with the bright colors of nature creating a specific scene characteristic for the town.
