    A work of the cycle devoted to contemporary Ukraine. Dedicated to a great project of a bridge accross the Dnipro river joint with subway lines, the project stalled due to corruption. The construction remains unfinished for a decade forming a sort of monument to corruption.

    A work of the cycle devoted to contemporary Ukraine. Dedicated to well-known events, the painting transfers the complex palette of emotions with a palette of bright colors. The events being unpredictable and chaotic, still the chaos brings not only the destruction, but the creation of new. The resolute collective spirit stays a unique experience in the lives of many.


"Ukraine. Mariupol. Industry.", 2015, oil on canvas, 50 x 70 cm.

    A work opening the series dedicated to the tendencies and events of contemporary Ukraine. The painting shows a view of the industrial town of Mariupol located in the unoccupied zone of Donbass, however under constant threat. The heavy industrial pollution merges with the bright colors of nature creating a specific scene characteristic for the town.
